AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between the "User", whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”) and Archinext Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Archinext"), concerning the access to and use by the "User" of https://archizy.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

User agrees that by accessing the Site, he/she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If the User does not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions of Use, then he/she is expressly prohibited from this site and must discontinue use immediately.

SERVICE TERMINATION

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while using the Site. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms and Conidtions of Use, Archinext reserve the right to, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site (including blocking certain ip addresses), to any person for any reason or for no reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use or of any applicable law or regulation. Archinext may terminate use or participation of User on the Site or delete User's account and any content or information that User has posted at any time, without warning, in their sole discretion.

If Archinext terminates or suspend an User's account for any reason, User is prohibited from registering and creating a new account under their name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if the User may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending the User's account, Archinext reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Archinext is not in any way responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Users of the Site. Use of the Site is at the User's own risk. The services of the Site are provided without any express or implied warranty.
